Staff, Value, and location. Hot water really worked, huge fridge. Breakfast even though I wasn't able to try it was available which I love for the price.

Property is very clean and quiet. It’s fairly well maintained and the beds are comfy. The minimal continental breakfast is a nice accoutrement. Very well done for a budget motel. Housekeeping was very thorough and polite. Great job! The owner and wife are very cordial.

Cable TV with one HBO channel old ac after moving to second room. Brand new full size refrigerator and microwave Very nice bathroom tile and vanity Management moved us from our first room with broken ac and roaches to a room with working ac and (still had roaches) Basic cold cereal, bread, and banana breakfast.
